Our truffle-hunting dogs are experts in sniffing out treasure, though a tad awkward with the tap and brush. While they excel at finding the goods, it’s up to you to give those truffles a rinse to remove any lingering soil.

24 years ago today the First Truffle in the Country was grown and unearthed on our family farm.
Thanks to our old man we have been lucky enough to have been around truffles for as long as we can remember and the novelty is still yet to wear off! Pictured is the mould of Australia’s first Truffle which sits proudly in our family home.
