When you're submitting a tenancy application that includes pets, it's a great idea to include a photo and a short bio on each pet.
This shows honesty and a sense of pride in your whole family. It allows the Property Manager to give the landlord enough information to make an informed decision, instead of just saying no.
And if you've leased before and had no issues?
Ask the Property Manager for a pet reference. 👍
