We are ready to welcome you back to the river this coming April !!
with the commencement of the Mannum ferry now open , Our road is fully open and unrestricted to weight limits and the local boat ramp open and operational its time to return to your favorite place by the River !

The 2022 floods were something we haven't seen for nearly 90 years,and we are just so grateful our house was not in its line of destruction , now with things returning to normal its time to visit the mighty river, we have taken this time to continue to improve the property for your enjoyment, with additional storage , and a spa to name a few.

While our house was not effected during the flood event, we did loose access to the river front for some time, As of now we have re installed our floating jetty and maintained access to the river for boat docking with our board walk. As time progresses and the area continues to dry out there will be new lawn laid to bring it back to its former glory , until this time there is no lawn by the river but access does remain to the jetty. As such for the month of April there will be a 20% discount to the nightly rate !!! check your dates now to secure your post flood visit to the mighty river.. please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have, and read on for more details on the property !!

Come visit the lower murray!

We are thinking of our friends further up the Murray as the higher waters head their way.

If you have had your holiday plans canceled our elevated position means we are less affected by current and future high waters

Our floating jetty means it will always be accesable and safe to tie up your equipment, access will remain via boardwalk in higher water levels.
