Anzco Contract Services Pty Ltd (“Anzco”) is a fully owned division of the ANZenviro Pty Ltd Group of companies. The primary function of the division was set up to separate all disciplines undertaken other
than asbestos removal and management, environmental reporting and clean ups, demolition and associated trades. In particular, “Anzco” is capitalizing on the experience of the management team in
the following areas
• Asset management by way of building maintenance programmes in concert with building owners and managers
• Preparation and application of resin mortar flooring systems for the heavy industrial, commercial, food, mining and chemical industries. Specifically this includes -
o Thin film coatings applied as a “roll down” system for decorative and protective applications where heavy impact is not anticipated, including acid resistance and petroleum attacks (aircraft hangars etc.) o High build systems where resin mortar protection is required for both impact resistance, aggressive chemical resistance and/or health requirements are essential such as, food preparation and packaging industries (abattoirs), cool rooms and freezers (even at operating
temperatures of -20ºC). This specific market is often required on limited windows of maintenance repairs and where rapid cure systems are essential
o Chemical applications for new concrete floors where a permanent sealer and hardener system is required. This includes the use of a chemical capable of being used as a curing system for new concrete and remains an integral part of the concrete slab.
• Waterproofing of all types including -
o Liquid membranes for flat roofs or internal applications in Plant Rooms where water containment is essential
o Sheet membranes as an alternative for liquid where heavier protection is required such as Tanking and below ground applications
o Liquid rubber applications to be used extensively and, offering extended stretch and memory capabilities with rapid curing where imminent weather changes are forecast
o Cementitious slurries for prevention of water ingress through concrete walls etc. The same chemicals (crystalline) can be used against hydrostatic pressure and, often used for crack injection in below ground pools or tanks
• Painting contracts on an as-needed or programmed basis
• Corrosion control systems for metal roofing with energy reducing capabilities
• Replacement of metal roofing, gutters and downpipes
• Polished concrete floors to a mirror finish including exposed aggregate styles with sealers
