Last year I got the chance to be on a television show that builds up home cooks to become something they never thought possible. What an incredible experience that has created a whole new career for me and so many others who’ve been a part of it. Wild ride.. best experience ever and best of luck .boersma .toohey how amazing you are!! And you guys rock! .

Loving the Rose Bay Farmers market 🍏🥑🌽 the wild caught sustainable salmon from Peyton Blue Royale seafood & delectable produce from Prickle Hill including their hand harvested unfiltered olive oil will be a match make in Cuisine heaven. Love cooking with beautiful local Aussie produce. Markets are on every Tuesday at Pannerong Park Newcastle St Rose Bay 8-2

I call this Emo lamb as it just looks so moody ..rack of lovely spring lamb, roasted old school in a classic garlic Rosemary scenario & served with cauliflower purée, red wine sauce & baby beets.
Playing with my food ...tuna two ways ..coriander and fennel crusted tuna on honey dew and water melon with basil oil. Tuna ceviche in citrus dressing with Karkalla, Samphire, red vein sorrel & sesame lime cream...so much going on!
Love my rocking new colour thank you the peachy colour on the ends is spectacular 👏👏👏👏 & the fringe! Amazing 💋 you rock!

It's a Canberra truffle fest! Thank you Anneliese & Robbie from all us Walsh's for the truffle scallops & the truffle pasta & any truffle I may have squirrelled for scrambled eggs in the morning was purely accidental 😂

Wednesdays lunch 🍜 A bowl of beige coloured soup usually looks about as appealing as Donald Trump's hair. (No offence to the soup) But add a little flower made of food in the middle & presto! pretty starter.
