The Strikeforce National CEO Annual Award recognises the dedication of Strikeforce employees, their commitment to exemplify the Strikeforce values and exceed the standards of their daily role.

This year’s joint winners are Tay-Lee Hut, Account Director – DIY and Emrah Seyit, Client Manager – FMCG. They have excelled in working with their clients this past year especially. Their clients have given us feedback on multiple occasions about their consultative and can do approach.

Tay-Lee and Emrah received a gift voucher and had their name displayed on our winners plaque at Strikeforce Being Extraordinary Conference. More importantly, they will undertake a personal mentoring program with our CEO, Matt Lloyd, and the Senior Leadership Team.

We were delighted to host our full-time colleagues at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne for a three-day conference, celebrating and sustaining “Being Extraordinary.”

This team together with a countless number of our casual/part time unsung heroes across Australia do extraordinary work for their clients and retailers day in day out.

During the conference, the team built 22 bikes for disadvantaged children which were received by *Next Sense and **Bully Zero. They also worked through an adventure quest scavenger style hunt in Melbourne CBD which was a much-enjoyed team building exercise.

The conference was topped by having 72 client contacts attend the gala dinner on day two and present their forthcoming brand roadmaps at Strikeforce HQ on day three.

The three-day event was a celebration of Strikeforce employees’ “being extraordinary” on a daily basis.
