MELF Property Group was established by Mark Flanagan in January 2015. Mark is the Managing Director and has had a distinguished career in the property industry for over 20 years with his main focus being property development. MELF was established to meet a gap in the market for high quality development with a focus on personalised service, an attention to detail and a true desire to produce develo
pments that leave a lasting legacy and set new precedents in design whilst also being commercially successful. By way of experience Mark has been instrumental in two of the most iconic projects in Sydney being the QEII Grandstand, Royal Randwick Racecourse, Sydney and No.1 Shelley Street, Sydney better known as the Macquarie Bank building, King Street Wharf.. Mark’s involvement in these projects was from start to finish and as Project Director at Multiplex for the Macquarie Building and Executive General Manager Property Development at the Australian Turf Club during development of the QEII Grandstand. Both projects have been highly successful for varying reasons but mainly due to their striking design, commendations from property peers and users and their operational performance.. MELF’s team has experience in commercial, residential, industrial, retail, hotels, clubs and grandstand development. The key to MELF’s success is a passion to achieve a high quality result on time and on budget and therefore an on going relationship with those involved in the project way into the future.
