Adelaide 500 is here!

Road closures for Adelaide 500 begin THIS FRIDAY 🚧

With several major roads closed over the next fortnight (including Wakefield Road, Dequetteville Terrace and Bartels Road), expect significant additional delays in the ‘Slow Zone’ east of the CBD.

To avoid the worst of the peak hour delays on your way to work, if you’re able to, consider leaving home earlier (roads get much busier after 7:30am), taking public transport or riding your bike.

North East Community Day is a fun filled few hours for the family. Enjoy shopping at over 40 market stalls, sausage sizzle, ice-cream, hot donuts and FREE kids entertainment.

Saturday 2nd November, 10am until 2pm. Queensborough Avenue, Hillcrest. FREE ENTRY.

We encourage you to bring chairs/rugs and a picnic, grab a spot on the lawned areas and settle in. There's loads to keep the kiddo's entertained and plenty of stalls to explore.

For all the fans out there 🦇😍

After cruising here from Gotham City, Batman’s Batmobile will be making a pit stop at ­Adelaide to celebrate the 85th anniversary of Batman Day.

Facilitated by ride-share app Uber, the Batmobile experience will be picking up one fan – or passenger – at a time on Friday September 27 and Saturday September 28, between 11am to 3pm.

Riders need to be close to the Batmobile before they hitch a ride – which needs to be at least a 5km radius from the CBD – with trips only available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The two-day cruise around town marks the 85th year of The Caped Crusader, who’s garnered a global fan base since his first appearance thanks to the comics, books, TV series and of course the movies.

A Tesla Supercharger site has opened and is available for the public to use at the Partridge Street car park at Glenelg (eastern side).

It’s the 100th Tesla Supercharger site in Australia but can be used by other electric vehicle owners, not just Tesla cars.

The Partridge Street car park also offers two hours free parking, so you won’t be charged a parking fee if you’re using the charger in the car park and exit within two hours.
