Dwight O'Connell is a second generation flooring specialist spanning 15 years of experience. Spending many years in the corporate world in senior positions with companies like BP Australia, Nandos Australia, Ausfuel Gull and PUMA energy, he is not just another contractor on the tools, therefore having a better understanding of the service industry. Over th
e past five years with the assistance and partnership of Jim Hilston, the exposure to the bespoke and insurance markets has accelerated the processes of sanding, culminating in the quality that is now the standard for UWFA. Deeply involved with the Australian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA), a wealth of knowledge has been gained with contacts and associates from all over the country. This exposure has allowed UWFA to devise processes and systems that have proven to be at the top end of the industry. These processes culminated in the winning of the most prestigious award in the country for 2016:
