Hi I'm Brett founder of Bretto's Fine Foods. I am a fully qualified Chef with 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Food is my passion and I love my chilli, most of which I grow myself. I am currently working on a range of chilli sauces and rubs locally made in Wagga Wagga, NSW Australia. They are coming soon with labels designed by kick arse local animator and artist Phil Henderson. Watch this space!!
