The exterior of your home can be James Hardie cladding, brick veneer, timber and any other modern building material you choose. Windows, doors and screens come in durable colour coated aluminium. A Coldon home will contain interior fittings to suit your requirements. We’re thrilled to share that we’ve officially handed over our very first EcoRetreat Home! This stunning new design, part of the range we launched just a year ago, has been completed in time to close out 2024. While this is our first completed EcoRetreat, we have many more in the pipeline.
The property, located in Cowes, features our EcoRetreat 5 design, which the owners have transformed into a beautifully crafted secondary dwelling – a perfect example of the original vision for our EcoRetreat Range. The Sandhurst Modified is an entertainer’s dream home tailored to perfection. This residence seamlessly combines comfort and functionality with carefully added features that enhance the living and entertaining experience for the owners.

And with the inclusion of Blue Croc Manufacturing glass balustrade we have worked to achieve this.
Upstairs is a luxurious master suite and this level is where a galley kitchen is located and access to both of the enormous rear and front decks.
Downstairs is where the main kitchen and three bedrooms are located. Storage is abundant with linen cupboards on both levels and a double garage transformed into an additional living space with a wall of sliding glass doors.
