🚨 We're Hiring: Operations Manager 🚨

Join our team as an Operations Manager and take charge of ensuring seamless daily operations across bar, floor, and storage. We’re looking for a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a proactive mindset!

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee bar and floor operations to maintain efficiency and compliance
Train, manage, and motivate staff while also evaluating their performance
Enforce operational procedures
Manage inventory and staff performance
Work alongside the team during operations, handling tasks and resolving issues as they come up

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills; (English fluent, Dutch and Spanish are a plus)
Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
Experience in bar and floor operations and as a manager
Flexibility is important
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
