OKRUŽNI sud u Banjoj Luci poništio je građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju hidroelektrane "Dabar" u istočnoj Hercegovini na temelju procjene da bi njena izgradnja imala negativni utjecaj na okoliš a posebice na Neretvu kojoj bi zbog smanjenog dotoka slatke vode prijetilo zaslanjenje.
