Legal Framework and legal regulations related to the tourist guide
A tourist guide is a person who shows natural beauties and rarities, cultural and historical monuments, works of art, ethnographic and other sights, historical events and legends about these events and faces, socio-political tendencies and events, as well as economic achievements and professionally explained of places and areas.
Must have a legally valid employment decision, an identification number, an activity classification, Fiscal Cash Register, for the business area - canton, have a self-employed activity.

- Provision of tourist information for visitors - Tourist guide activities - Tourism promotion activities
The activity cannot be carried out by both domestic and foreign tour operators, tourist / travel agencies, etc. !!!!
The travel agency and other users of tourist guide services may not entrust the provision of tourist guide services to a person who does not meet the conditions prescribed by this law. A tourist guide is not considered a professional who performs the duties of a tourist guide at his place of work with a legal or natural person within the Business premises in which he operates (museum, gallery, national park etc.), a professional a travel agency accompanying a group of tourists from place to place, a guide in the mountains and caves, hunting and fishing, and a guide and an accompaniment for field trips and excursions.
