Schengen ভিসার জন্য আপনার যা যা দরকার👇

General documents:

• Valid Passport, original + 1 copy of pages 2 and 3 only (i.e the pages containing only the passport data and personal data)

Passport must be valid for at least 3 months after planned departure date from Schengen area.
The passport must have at least two blank and unmarked visa pages. (Attach all previous passports)
• Scan Copies of previous passports and visas issued. (With original)

• National ID card or birth certificate photocopy (ID mandatory)

• Two recent and identical photos.
Photos must be ICAO format (4.0 x 3.5 cm, color photo with white background, taken within the last 6 months).

Please Note: Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Original bank statement, mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number.

It should be up to date (covers the transactions of the last six months, need to show a minimum balance of 5 lacs-unlimited)

**Need to withdraw this 3days before the visa submission

• Original Bank Solvency certificate (up to 15 days of visa submission)

* Please make sure that your statement and solvency certificate has the original seal from the Bank authority***

• Utility Bill copy
• Travel history
• TIN certificate and tax return copy (mandatory)

Proof of Occupation

For Job Holder:

• Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating applicant’s name, designation, salary,passport number, Country name, purpose, and duration of the visit.

• Visiting card
• Copy of Id card
• Salary slip (minimum 6 months)
• Employer`s address, Phone number

For Business:
• Company registration certificate (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor.

• Visa request letter on the business pad, mentioning applicant’s name, designation, passport number, Country name, purpose and duration of the visit.

• Visiting card
• Id card copy
• Company address, Phone number

For Students:
• Visa request letter from the educational institute/evidence of school enrollment. (mandatory)
• ID card
• Address of the educational establishment

For Retired Person:
• Retirement certificate

For Sponsorship:
• Sponsorship application on letterhead or stamp paper
• Sponsored person`s occupational documents, (follow job holder/businessman occupational part)

• Parents’ id card and scan copy of passport (mandatory if parents not travelling)

Documents related to civil status of the applicant

For married applicants: marriage certificate (e.g.“Nika Namah” for muslims or marriage act for Hindus, both translated in English)

For divorced applicants: divorce certificate (e.g., “Talak Namah” for muslims in English)

For widowers and widows: death certificate of the spouse in English

Additional Documents:
• Property detail (if applicant`s name is mentioned on the property documents)
• Any FDR, DPS certificates

• Husband`s declaration letter if children are applying for a visa with mother
• Travel insurance (you can do it by yourself or can do it through us-charge applicable)
