US-Bangla Airlines, the countryโs largest private airline is inviting Female and Male Bangladeshi Candidates to submit applications for the post of Cabin Crew based on the following criteria-
To be a part of our winning team, you need to meet the following requirements:
โข ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Minimum HSC or Equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00/5.00 in SSC & HSC or Equivalent. No Third division or the equivalent result will be accepted in any examination.
For Diploma Degree Min CGPA of 2.80/4.00 is required.
For โOโ Level- Max 05 subjects with average grade โDโ and A Level-Max 02 subjects with average Grade โDโ. GED is not acceptable.
Candidates with a Graduation Degree are preferred.
โข ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐: 168 cm/5 feet 6 inches (minimum) for male.
158 cm/5 feet 2.5 inches (minimum) for female.
Arm reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
โข ๐ช๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐: Should be proportionate to Height
For Male (BMI: 18-25).
For Female preferably (Female:18-22), but in case of exceptional candidates even BMI up to 25 is acceptable.
โข ๐๐ด๐ฒ: Fresher- 18 to 27 years (as on the day of application deadline). Experienced Candidate-Max 35 years. No affidavit will be accepted.
โข ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐: Applicants must have a visual acuity of 6/6 without spectacles. Vision correction up to 6/6 is acceptable, including the use of clear contact lenses. Candidates with color blindness will not be considered.
โข ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Candidate having swimming skill will be given preference. Finally selected candidates must learn swimming in initial training period.
โข ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น: Fluent in both Bengali & English (both written & spoken); Other language competencies will be an added advantage.
โข ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ถ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐๐: Good physical health and medically fit to meet Cabin Crew requirements
โข ๐ฃ๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the body. Appealing Personality.
โข ๐๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ & ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Should be positive and impressive.
โข ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐: Must reside adjacent to/around Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) like Nikunja, Uttara Model Town (Sector-01 to Sector-14) after joining.

โข Attending pre-flight briefings.
โข Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats
โข Ensuring that all emergency equipment is in working order prior to take off and explaining, and demonstrating safety procedures and equipment to passengers
โข Ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away
โข Checking all passenger seat belts and galleys are secured prior to take off.
โข Clearing and collecting the meal trays from passengers
โข Distributing landing cards and other documentation where necessary
โข Administering first aid
โข Dealing with emergencies
