We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team as Senior Executive- (Sales & Marketing) Who is passionate about their job, dedicated, and ready to contribute their hard work and experience to the development.
✅𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
▪Identifying and generating new clients through regularly visiting corporate offices to understand customer travel trends and build relationships.
▪Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
▪Scheduling meetings with potential clients and delivering effective presentations on products and services.
▪Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
▪Create daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports and submit them to senior management as requested.
▪Must be able to generate sales leads and be result-oriented.
▪Research market trends, brand audiences, and competitors, to drive engagements.
▪Ideas generated for content such as campaigns, social media posts & videos, etc.
▪Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
▪Managing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, as well as collaborating with website development.
▪Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries.
▪Design tour packages according to customer needs.
▪Handle queries for group tours.
▪Follow-up due payments.
▪Other tasks assigned by Management.
✅𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
▪BBA/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.
▪Masters/MBA in Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality Management will get high preference.
✅𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
▪Language proficiency in both English and Bengali.
▪Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
▪Digital Marketing skills.
▪Corporate Marketing skills.
▪Presentation skills.
▪Teamwork skills.
▪Good in PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Excel, etc.

▪At least 3 years.
▪The applicants who have experience in an Airline and travel Agency will be preferable.
