🕋Makkah: Wealth Masheya or similar (Approx. 500 Mtr from Masjid Al Haram).
🕌Madinah: Karam Al Hejaz or similar (Approx. 250 Mtr from Masjid Al Nabawi).
🏨Premium Package (5* Hotel):
🕋Makkah : Pullman Zamzam or similar (0 Mtr from Masjid Al Haram).
🕌Madinah: Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel or similar (50 Mtr from Masjid Al Nabawi).
🟥Payment Policy:
Phase-1: 80% of the total package amount at the time of booking.
Phase-2: 20% of total package amount before 1 Week of travel date.
🟥Requirements for Create Umrah Visa:
➡️ COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
➡️ A Bangladeshi passport is valid for at least 6 months.
➡️ One copy passport-size white background photograph.
🟥Cancellation Policy
The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or refund charges depend on the airline's policy.

🟥General Information:
➡️Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
➡️Approved vaccines are Sinopharm, Pfizer Biotech, Oxford AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson with the full dose for KSA.
➡️ Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.
➡️ Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
➡️ The availability of all services at the time of booking, as well as the package fees, are subject to change for the hotel rooms.
➡️ Any changes can occur without notice if needed.
➡️ No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
➡️ If unexpected costs are imposed by the legal authorities, Cosmicair.com.bd retains the right to demand an additional fee for any tour package inclusion services.
🟥Vehicle status for Group:
➡️ All transportation to and from Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Ziyarah will be via bus or van. It should be noted that each individual is only permitted to bring a total of two pieces of luggage. However, the size of the vehicle used for private transportation or private Ziyarah would depend on the number of visitors.
➡️ Vehicle Waiting time: 60 minutes at Airport Terminal and 15 minutes at the hotel for private transportation.
➡️ The time specified in the voucher must be observed by all guests. Never expect the car to wait for anyone.
➡️If a vehicle is delayed because of a traffic jam, prayer period, or a roadblock, Cosmic air international is not liable.

🟥Passport Policy:
➡️Do not provide your passport to our local agent at the airport or anywhere else during your stay in Saudi Arabia. However, the legal authorities or our agent may take your passport at the airport for a few minutes to execute their official duties. If the guest gives the passport(s) to anyone for any reason, it is the guest's responsibility to notify cosmic air employees on the same day.
🟥Flight Change Notice:
➡️If an airline changes the flight schedule before the day of departure, the hotel booking will not alter due to the non-refundable policy, and if an airline changes the flight schedule before the day of return, an additional hotel lodging fee will be imposed.
🟥Ziyara/Sightseeing schedule:
➡️Typically, we give the entire ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah from 7 a.m to 8 a.m. for a period of 3-4 hours (maximum).
