Post Name : Event Manager cm Waiter

Job Responsibilities:-

• The main responsibility is to plan the tour with the company's bus on every holiday and in different seasons
• Attracting travelers to travel with us by providing various offers.
• Providing travelers with accurate travel information.
• Travelers should be assisted with hotel check-in
• Always be available to answer holidaymakers' queries and meet their expectations about the tour
• Make sure all travel arrangements run according to plan, and meals & services are satisfactory.
• Making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements

Job Specification :-

Education :
• Higher Secondary School certificate is required.
• Candidates who have bachelor’s degree will get extra advantage.

Experience :
• At least 1 year of event management experience is required.
• Prioritizing will be done according to skills.

Skills :
• Knowledge of key holiday destinations.
• English language skills (B standard).
• Communication skills.
• Punctual.
• Must possess constructive thinking.

Job Evaluation :-

According to National Pay Scale 2015, it is a 13th graded job. With starting basic 16,000 taka and there are other allowances like, medical allowance, house rent allowance, travelling expense, child education support allowance, festival bonus and etc. The final salary stands between 19000 - 20500 taka.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.

Job Requirements :-
Education :
• Culinary school degree/diploma.
•Advanced knowledge of the culinary arts.

Experience :
• Past experience as a working chef.
• 2 years of experience as a Chef.
Skills
• Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
• Portfolio of creative, unique dishes.
• Expert multitasking ability.
• Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.
• Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.

Reports to: The main Chef of the Restaurant

Job responsibilities:-

1. Check each meal to know if the quality and taste of the food is good or not.
2. Helping the main chef to develop the new food recipes.
3. Interact with the customers to know about their eating habits and inform the head chef about which dishes the customer likes and what needs improvement.
4. Make sure that the food ingredients are valid according to the religious customs and laws of the country.

Job specification:-

Education:
A bachelor’s degree on nutrition & food technology is preferred.

Experience:
1-2 years of experience in relevant jobs. Fresh graduate can also apply if they are confident.

Skills:
1. Have an understanding of different spices and proper taste of different foods.
2. Must have the ability to eat many meals at once and the habit of eating all kinds of food.
3. Must be well aware of the country’s religions, customs and laws related food.

Job Evaluation:-

As per national pay scale 2015 in our country, this job is 11th graded job. The salary for this job is 12,500 taka and also other allowances such as medical allowance, travelling expense, festival bonus, house rent allowance, provident fund etc. Which will make the real salary of the employee 22,000-25,000 per month.
