Job Context
We are looking for a beautiful woman who has smart, intelligent, ambitious, and must have good communication skills.
Welcome Guest, Received Phone, Maintain Front Office; Client handle over the phone & face to face; Client appointment for Md Sir; Beautification; Register update and maintain.
Job Responsibilities *
Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests
To organize smooth Front Office operation
To receive & transfer phone.
To welcome Visitors, Guest in a professional manner
To provide official and administrative support to Md Sir.
Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
To filing the necessary documents.
Received Parcel, Courier, Bills and distribute the concern person.
Understand all the situations and take the pressure of work, you have to have the mentality to work for a long time.
Product receive & reporting to the concerned department
Must have Computer knowledge, Email & Photocopy skill.
To be accountable for Neat & Cleanliness & Beautification;
Able to work beyond the office hour.
Any other task (s) as/when assigned by the Management;
Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
Workplace: Work at office
Job Location: Dhaka (Motijheel)
Salary * 10K- 15K Monthly
