Bangladesh’s geographical location of low lying frame gives it a reason to have many more rivers and streams than its surrounding countries. The four mighty
rivers of Bangladesh are the Padma (Ganges), the Brahmaputra (Jamuna) and the Meghna and the Karnafuli. Bangladesh is enriched with cultural heritage and witnessed many significant events with historical importance. The longest natural sand beach in the world belongs to Bangladesh as it stretches up to a 150 miles. There are three distinctively different attractive spots on this beach. These are “Laboni Beach” which is very near to town, “Himchari Beach” which is famous for its waterfalls and the last one is “Inani Beach” which is very popular for sun bathing. Bangladesh is also known for its picturesque landscapes, hill, forests ,wildlife, rolling tea gardens and tribes. Home to the Royal Bengal Tigers, pink dolphins, and historical temples made from red earth, Bangladesh has much more to offer up with its distinctly different topography, flavors of food and culture! Srimangal of Moulavibazar district is a place to name where tea gardens are located, Paharpur for archeology, Rangamati, Bandarban for sightseeing and the Sundarbans for wild life which is the greatest mangrove forest in the world.
