We had a great time in Maastricht. There was not only the competition part, but we also had time to network with the leaders of our industry at Food Executive Europe . It was very interesting as well to meet the other teams from countries all over Europe and learn more about them and their education.

Congratulations to Stenden for winning the EM Cup 2015!

Last but not least, we want to thank all of you who have been supporting us in the last months!

Welkom op de Brugse campus van hogeschool VIVES. Onze campus is volledig geïntegreerd in de directe omgeving. Met 450 parkeerplaatsen, stallingen voor 790 fietsen en een VIVES-bushalte is bovendien maximaal gedacht aan de mobiliteit.

Yesterday we arrived in Rotterdam, The Netherlands with all of our classmates.
We just finished our internships in Belgium, where we worked in several different hotels during 6 weeks.
We're here for 4 days to explore the city and to have some fun! :-)

What is the European Mise en Place Competition? (=EMCup)
The EMCup is a competition amongst European Hotel Management Schools during Food Executive Europe, February 8-9th 2015.
It is already the 7th edition of this event.
This years theme will be: Welness, Wealth & Wellbeing!
The EMCup will be held in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
There are 30 competitors from whole Europe.
We, Vives from Bruges, are one of them.
