This year I’m investing in ME…

Investing in my health means investing in my life and my work…

Since I was diagnosed with MS in 2018 I knew it was not going to control my life… MS my **S

So for 2023 I got myself a therapist Cara Rosiers] … she guides me to optimal health through nutrition, sleep and excercise 💪🏻

To give my body a reset I try out some long-term fasting 🚫 after fasting 24h last week I am now trying to do 48h… 🔜 72h

I love walking around in the historical centre with its small streets and colonial style houses

Just sit down on the terrace of one of the amazing restaurants or bars and wonder around ❤️

You haven’t been to Tenerife… when you didn’t visit Teide National Park 🌋

Ideal with kids for long or short walks… the cable car takes you up to 3555m (don’t forget to book in advance)

Even if you don’t go up to the top the park is worth a visit… moonlandscapes with lava rocks and pines 🌲

Omdat wij houden van het leven en de oceaan… wie niet? Wat denk jij van onze nieuwe naam?

Op deze Internationale Dag voor Toerisme willen we toch even stilstaan bij reizen in het algemeen 🤔
Net daarom hebben we van bij onze opstart beslist om samen te werken met kleine lokale partners en duurzame verblijven
