"EcolandBulgaria" has expanded the range
of mushrooms for sale such as
Chantarella,
Marasmius oreades,
Hydnum repandum,
Cratetellus cornucopioides
Morchella elata
Amanita caesarea
and has improved the techniques of
harvesting, processing and
distributing these products. Three generations - from grandfather
to grandson are involved in our tasty
business of wild mushrooms. We collect, clean, pack, f
reeze, dry
and transport mushrooms in Bulgaria
and abroad. Our main product is
Boletus edulis and it is available
through the whole year. We do test
the soil for every season and the
measurments are collected in a
laboratory for at least 10 years. Our
experience allow us to make a
prognosis up to 3 months before the
season hits. We offer the choice of packing the
product in boxes or placing it in trays
whether it is fresh, dried or frozen. Fresh mushrooms are delivered
directly to the client and are ensured
to have a maximum constant
temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Frozen Mushrooms are frozen at - 35
degrees and stored afterwards and
delivered at a temperature of -18
degrees Celsius. Dried mushrooms are processed at
a temperature over 50 degrees
Celsius through a ventilation system. In 2011 we additionally started
producing mushrooms flour. Therefore "EcolandBulgaria" ensures that,
regardless of the choice of packaging,
processing and product, clients will
receive top quality produce. "EcolandBulgaria" is located on the main
road of E 58 near the village of
Panichkovo and between the cities of
Assenovgrad and Kurdjali. For
