👉Each time you come to Plovdiv, it has what to impress and surprise you with due to its rich culture, countless sights and places, and calendar of events all year long. Highly recommended is the artistic “Kapana”- one of the most remarkable districts of Plovdiv, with great restaurants and bars, the Old Town, which is an indispensable and most popular part of Plovdiv that brings a unique spirit, preserved from the Ancient era, the Thracian, Greek and Roman periods, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, the Liberation from Ottoman slavery to the present day.
We are located in the oldest living city in Europe (with its 4000 years of history before our era) and the cultural capital of Bulgaria - the city of Plovdiv. It was chosen for the European Capital of Culture along with the city of Matera in Italy in 2019.
The town is built around seven hills, which is why it is often called "The City Under the Hills". Plovdiv combines in itself a modern vision and at the same time an ancient atmosphere, as with its cultural and archaeological heritage it attracts a number of tourists daily from all over the world.
