We moved to rural Bulgaria from the UK to start a new life in April 2023. Now renovated our biodiverse home offers a double room with èn-suite for B&B. Our journey started in 2019 when we purchased an old farm house needing full renovation.

If you are interested in buying property in Bulgaria, it's not just buying a house you will need to do. The list is endless, opening a bank, healthcare, registering a car, insurance, water, electric, residence etc...so it makes so much more sense to use a company/agent that can do it all.
