so, I just got some informative information. you can't own any land that is 50 to 100 meters from the beach, its considered public and belongs to all the people of costa, how ever there are a few areas that were given titles. so, there are three types of land possessions, Concession, title and Tribal. I am moving toward titled land. in effect if you have concession land as a foreign person who now is a resident, you can own and develop the land only for a period of 20 years at max. you can have titled land. but that would literally be the catch, is that person who is selling own the land? are there any liens, the same you would find here in the states.

Co-working space: Foster collaboration and innovation in a dedicated space where you can work from home or pursue your passions.

Why Costa Rica? This beautiful country offers stunning natural beauty, a welcoming culture, and a lower cost of living compared to many developed nations. While the village will be located away from the hustle and bustle of cities to ensure affordability, it will still be accessible and connected.
