Effective March 16, 2020, the United States Embassy Port of Spain is canceling routine in-person immigrant and nonimmigrant visa appointments. Interview waiver cases, which do not require physical presence, will still be processed.

We have been closely monitoring the ongoing evolution of coronavirus (COVID-19). We are commited to our customers by providing accurate and timely information as it becomes available on how it may affect your vacation plans.

Let us therefore review some FACTS provided from Airlines/Cruise Lines and Hotels:

1. Almost if not all Airline Tickets are non- refundable. SOME Airlines are giving specific periods for free "date changes" to re-book travel within a specified time frame however the difference in fare price will still be adhered to of there is any fare difference.
Different Airlines have different policies.

2. Some Cruises are offering free cancellation and a Credit will be issued for a future cruise on the same cruise line for a certain period . Again different policies apply to different Cruise Lines .
If there is a Fare Difference for your new Cruise date you will be charged this by the Cruise Line .

3. Some Hotels are offering refunds or to re-book at a future date - depending on the destination and dates involved.
Some Hotels are non refundable.
If the rates are Higher for your new dates you will be charged this difference .

4. The Airlines, Cruises and Hotels have rules and regulations that we simply adhere to by making our clients aware of them when booking.

5. It is in your best interest to make contact with us on your particular booking to confirm which policy will individually apply to your booking.

6. Most Airlines and Cruise Lines have this information on their web site that you can check yourself to verify all the above however, as your trusted personal travel agent we are also here to answer any queries and concerns.

Again we reiterate that Airlines/Cruise Lines and Hotel policies are not made by any Travel Agency. We sell seats/cabins/rooms for them but they all carry their own Company Rules and Guidelines when it comes to any changes or Cancellations.
