We are in the beautiful city of Rishikesh, the feet of the Himalayas, where the Gnages runs cool and limpid. Today was a day of rafting (Via India and also adventure) and tomorrow we will go to the mountains of Manali, in the Valley of the Gods. Some head for the paradisiacal beaches of Goa and others to Dharamsala, home to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The group says goodbye here, and look one more class! Namaste! Thank You India!!

They even go to the house of violent husbands and give them a "corrective" with pieces of bamboo. They work to end child marriage and female literacy, and in 2008 entered into an office and forced the power company officials to restore the energy that had been cut to extract kickbacks and bribes.
