Vista Chinesa/ Chinese Views.

Construída em homenagem aos chineses que aqui vieram tá tentativa de plantar um gigante da economia mundial no séc.XIX, o chá. Nao foram bem sucedidos no plantio, mas esse local foi escolhido para desfrutar a bela paisagem da cidade nas longas horas de lazer. puffs...
A pagoda foi construída por Pereira O, prefeito e urbanizadora do Rio no início de 1900, o mesmo que idealizou a Av. Rio Branco e o Theatro Municipal.

Curiosidade: dizem q as gárgulas/ dragões, olhando para baixo/ cidade, foi uma maneira de dizer que estão olhando para o paraíso, já q os templos chineses tem suas gárgulas olhando para o paraís/ céu.

Builted in honor to the chineses whom came to plant tea, econômica ou super powerfull during the 19th. They didnt really succeed, but used spend long hours resting And cotemplating the view there... Pufs.
The Pagoda was buildt in the earlies 1900's, by Pereira Passos, mayor incharged tô a big reurbanization in downtown area And our beautiful Municipal Theather.

Curiosity: they say that those gargles/dragons looking down to the city, means they are looking to paradise, as in chineses tamples they are facing up/ to the "heaven".
