Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival Road Fever 2015
The Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival, is a festival that provides an experience showcasing a collage of culture. Additionally, it is a celebration where Bahamians and guests from around the world will be immersed in all things Bahamian. The Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival events scheduled from May 7th-9th, 2015, will showcase Junkanoo, Rake -n- Scrape, Arts and Crafts, Bahamian Cuisine, Visual Art, Music, Dance and Road Fever - and will consist of diverse parties and gatherings leading up to one weekend events.

Our Fun Fete Groups is scheduled to arrive in Nassau Bahamas on 9 May 2015, the day of Road Fever - the main masquerade that will evoke you to let loose in the streets of Nassau on May 9, 2015 from 11am-8pm! It will be an epic collage of costumes, color and culture on parade. There are four fun-filled cruises to choose from with cruise departures from 3 U.S. port cities including Miami, Port Canaveral & Charleston.

No Passport. No Problem.

U.S. citizens can currently cruise from any U.S. cruise port to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda with their Official State Certified Birth Certificate with seal and U.S. State or Government issued photo i.d (photo i.d. for persons 16 and older).

Passports still are always strongly recommended. However, U.S. citizens in possession of Official State Certified birth certificates with seal, and state or government issued photo i.d. (16 and older) may travel. Please note: this is based on current Homeland Security clearance and may be subject to change at any time pending national security issues. Also, passports are strongly recommended because they are an absolute requirement for International flights, meaning persons not in possession of passport cruising to international territories without a passport could be at risk if 1) they were delinquent returning back to the cruise ship while docked in port 2) they encountered an emergency medical or otherwise that prohibited them from getting back to the cruise ship and the ship in turn departs without them...... in which case the person would independently incur the costs associated with acquiring the proper clearance to return to the U.S. In the rare instance it should happen, it's a serious inconvenience to the traveler.
