Story time

My name Is SHARIQUA some of you say Chef but honestly I'm just someone who love to cook and to serve others .

I am the owner and operator of Customized Catering here in Exuma .

So back to my story, I recently just came back from a three week vacation in Jamaica and I can truly say even though I'm well rested I will never take a vacation that long ever again. After the first full week I got restless and bored ( I'm not use to doing nothing everyday ) and to make matters worse I was over eating everyday .

Sitting in the hotel one day I kept thinking to myself of my eating game plan when i got back home to Exuma, then it clicked to me, Shariqua you're not the only one that is over Indulgencing , so I spend two days by the pool and in the room coming up with this menu to help us all get back on track after ALL of our Summer Indulgences .

So this menu is Healthy, Light Flavorful and Packed with Beautiful Foods that you don't want to miss
