Las Breezes Villa is a gorgeous 7,000 sqft, 5 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation rental home located on a 7-acre estate in the private community of Simon's Point, Great Exuma, Bahamas. The villa is set in lush tropical surroundings and situated at an elevation of 60 ft, offering spectacular views of Elizabeth Harbor and the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
For those who love to cook, there is a large, kitchen with two ovens, 3 sinks, large fridge, microwave and a breakfast area, and features a pass-through to a lovely formal dining area which seats 8. Large windows at every hand open to the views and to catch the gentle ocean breezes. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a shared bathroom and access to a deck on this level.
Upstairs is a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, an en-suite bath with jetted tub, and a TV. Just off the bedroom is a sunroom with a queen-sized daybed, perfect for one or two children. A second bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom is also on this level.
A huge deck wraps around 3 sides of the villa, part of it covered, with an open area for soaking up the sun’s rays. There is a large BBQ and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the spectacular sunrises and sunsets and for spying boats of every size and kind as they make their way through the harbor. Start your day on the deck, watching the multitude of colorful tropical birds that flock to the lawn to say good morning.
