I contacted Mr. Nawang Dorji of OMSHA Travels for a 14-day trip to Bhutan. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. I shared my preferences, and Mr. Nawang curated a comprehensive itinerary tailored perfectly to my interests. He also took care of flight bookings and assisted with the permit application process. His communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring.

When we arrived in Bhutan, our driver Collin and guide Tshiring were waiting for us outside the airport, ready with a warm welcome. Everything had been thoughtfully arranged by OMSHA, making travel logistics completely effortless.

What truly made this trip special, though, were the people. Mr. Nawang remained incredibly helpful throughout the journey. On one occasion, when I had trouble withdrawing money from an ATM, he immediately arranged funds through our guide, without any hesitation or pressure. He never rushed me for payment, and I was never made to feel awkward about money matters—everything was handled with trust and genuine care.

Our guide, Tshiring, was a standout. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply spiritual, and he went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. His insights added so much depth to our visits to sacred and historical sites. We felt truly enriched after each day with him.

Collin, our driver, was equally kind, reliable, and always ready to help. By the end of our journey, both Tshiring and Collin felt more like friends than just part of the travel crew. Their warmth and companionship made this the best trip of our lives.

Mr. Nawang also gave us thoughtful welcome gifts and arranged for us to wear traditional Bhutanese outfits for a day—an experience we’ll never forget, especially as we captured beautiful memories in photos.
