General Pricing and Charges.

Our Hotel on Wheels has a carrying capacity of 18 clients, sharing a daily rate of hire cost.
Each hire includes a chauffer(s) and steward(s) depending on the distance and driving itinerary required.
Our hotel on Wheels is self-catering with the help of our stewards.

For the promotion of local tourism, we have 3 pricing categories.

Domestic daily rate: (Batswana citizens and residents)
6500Pula or $500

Regional daily rate: (African citizens and residents)
8500Pula or $650

International daily rate: (International none African citizens)
12000Pula or $900.

Regardless of clients' citizenship, each hire includes 100kms daily.
Excess km's over 100kms will be charged at 1 diesel litre/3km.

It started as a crazy daring venture and here we are today. The journey can never be easy and new challenges keep sprouting daily but perseverance, patience and dedication remained all way after having witnessed others doing it in the many stories you posted.
