“Travelling with Sekanka Safaris has been an absolutely fantastic experience for us, a family of five with children aged 12, 15 and 17. Ten days so full of exciting wild life experiences, fantastic nature and wonderful people, this journey will stay in our hearts forever. Some nights we stayed in pleasant lodges, but the best for us was by far the days and nights we spent camping in the wilderness. So many exciting encounters with wild animals, and still we felt completely safe and secure. This was thanks to our amazing guide, Lenti, and the rest of the team that followed us on our camping days. They all made us feel comfortable and at home in the wilderness, always polite and nice and smiling. (…)”

Service above our expectations, going beyond efforts!

The safari itself has been amazing as the staff were not only super friendly but also helpful at every second. We would call each and every one member a friend by now.
Unique experiences in game, but also in wild & remote camping has been exceptional. Especially in moments of adversity the team excelled in managing challenging situations.

“My wife and I had an incredible experience in the Okavango Delta with the guys from Sekanka. From the first moment Tepo arranged everything and answered all our questions and concerns, all started smooth and nice.
Thalo and Lenti were our guides during the 4 days safari. They made sure our time in there was unforgettable. We got to see many animals: Lions, leopard, hyena, hippopotamus, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, snakes, eagles and many more.
The campsite looks more like glamping and the food was one of the best on our journey in Botswana. They even let us stay our last night in their lovely newly built guesthouse and gave us breakfast before we left.”

“My family trip (2 adults and 1 child-6years old) with Sekanka can only be described as fabulous!!!! Everything from the first contact with Anna went very smooth! She is very competent and communication was excellent, fast and full reply to all my questions. We have trusted her from the beginning.
We travelled from Makgadikgadi Pans, through the Okavango delta (Moremi, Xakanaxa, Khwai) and then Chobe (Savuti and Riverfront), to end up at Victoria Falls. I must admit that the best part of this trip was the mobile camping safari from Maun to Savuti... (…)”

(…) “We absolutely loved the whole two weeks of our holiday particularly the time we spent out in the bush camping. The four nights/five days was an amazing experience and we were so well looked after by Lenty, Joe, Boniface and Mompati.

We were so grateful that the camp and safari was so personal and just us four. The family shared so many different experiences and it was a joy to spend time together.

We can not speak highly enough of Lenty who went out of his way to ensure that we had the best time. His calm and knowledgeable manner ensured we felt safe and secure at the same time as we were thrilled by the proximity of all the many animals we saw.

The camping and food were excellent and we felt privileged with the experiences we enjoyed.”
