Yoghurt muffins

✅ Ingredients :

2½ cups flour
2½ tspn baking powder
1 tspn salt
½ cup sugar
1 cup milk
200g yoghurt
1 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 tspn vanilla essence

✅ Directions :

Preheat oven @180°c

Sieve flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl whisk butter, sugar add eggs then add milk yoghurt and mix.

Stir in dry ingr until everything is well combined. Add vanilla essence.

Grease your muffin tin. Pour batter ¾ full.

Bake at 180°c for about 20 mins
