The Blue Hole Enterprise Co. Blue Hole Beer is Looking for Serious Investors
The Beer that represents the most iconic image of Belize. Of all the major national monument sites in the country of Belize, the most interesting site is the Blue Hole
The beauty of it all is that the Blue Hole is not just recognized in Belize. It's internationally recognized it’s the fourth largest sink hole in the worl
d! Can you ask for a better slogan than that? Look at the bottle… a picture of sky divers over the Blue Hole, forming a circle with the Blue Hole below them. If you’re a diver, you’ll want that to be your beer. If you’re a sky diver, you would want that to be your beer and you’re talking about all the fun divers and military bases around the world as potential fans. If you were just a pleasure sky diver, you will want try this beer also…and we all know that they are a lot of Skydivers who drink beer. Our natural waters add that Blue Hole touch…with the right investors supporting THE vision and talent... together we’ll make it happen. If there were a reward for the best looking beer bottle, this one’s got 99% chance of winning. Thousands have seen this concept in Manatee Lookout Restaurant & Bar – and loved it. Local markets will be lucrative but we are going international with this. Although I’m going to control the Belize Market also, I can put a Belikin, Light House, Premium, Red Stripe, Heineken, Presidente, Kubuli and a Blue Hole in front of any tourist and they are going to choose Blue Hole beer for its taste and appeal. What six pack do you think they’ll take home?....In 2014 the Blue Hole was the 8th wonder of the natural world! The Caricom Advantage: Due to the Caribbean common Market (CARICOM) producers enjoy free trade, tax & duty free exports throughout the Caribbean… that alone is a great opportunity but it’s not just the concept of brewing Blue Hole beer, but it’s brewing other beer also. A brewing Company or an individual investor would like to invest in the country of Belize to take advantage of our Caricom free market. Advantages over the current competition:
2 ounces more of better quality beer per bottle. Plus, one percent (1% ) of the company will be held in trust for the benefit of the poor and children in need of Belize! “The people’s beer” is written on it, and I’m hoping it will become the people’s beer all over the world. I have so many more things to tell you about this Blue Hole Beer! Anyone can see it will easily work out to be a very successful project. I already have my commercial, (one of the best commercials ever for a beer), and it’s funny (other companies are going to hate me). I am the sole owner of trade mark and copyright of the Blue Hole Beer, and my company also has Trade marked the Blue Hole Water and Blue Hole Ice .This is not a pipe dream; this is going to happen one day soon and this is one of the biggest reasons why I’m selling Manatee Lookout. If I have to go small then I’ll start with a small Micro brewery. Failure is NOT an option –no risk is attached when you can brew one of the best tasting beers and pour it into a Blue Hole Beer bottle, the competition will fall. It’s going to be as popular as Corona beer, but better tasting and better looking. It’s going to be the people’s chosen beer because of our spring water and its creativity and design, as well as it’s a (historical) unique site. Best of all, whatever money it takes to invest in this project, you can bet that you’ll see 100% return in one year
It’s a well known phenomenon that the beer industry is recession proof. I’m willing to entertain all investment or joint venture proposals I’m willing to sell my concept and trade mark and copyrights – it’s not going to be cheap –but I’m willing to make any changes the investor decides to do. I’m open for almost anything to make it happen. If this is not a great idea, then I don’t know what is. Brewing this beer is going to be easy because we’ll leave those things to the brewmasters who will be working for us. As the most important part of a building is your foundation, for the foundation the Blue Hole beer will have brew masters from 2 different countries who are going to be working for the Blue Hole Enterprise Co. They are going to share their experiences with each other and come up with a phenomenal and unique taste… and then pour it into a Blue Hole beer bottle and that will be it. Need to mention there’s only one brewing company in the whole country Belize. There’s only one competition we have. Good luck for any investor who finds me first. Let’s put this concept into reality. Belize has an estimated annual beer consumption of over 2 million cases annually. The average size of these bottles are 10 oz each, with 24 bottles to the case. This amounts to 14.5 million litres annually. Retailing at over $25 US per case this gives us an estimated minimum yearly revenue to the beer industry of $50 million US. Given that 50% of Belizes’ beer consumption occurs in 5 towns and cities and their environs,(Belize City, San Pedro, Cayo, corozol and Orange walk,) we could realistically tap into the largest markets in Belize with a minimal amount of logistical investment. The other beer suppliers in Belize have high logistical and supply costs due to their attempts to reach the most remote area of Belize. Even in these limited number of distribution locations, if a very conservative 15% of traditional beer consumption was replaced with Blue Hole Beer, this would equate to $3.75 million US in annual sales. This would entail producing 150,000 cases of beer per year, or just over 1 million litres of beer, with would only entail production of 410 cases of beer per day, or 2739 litres / 720 gallons per day. This amount of beer could be produced easily in a brewing system costing $120,000 US for the initial expandable brewing equipment, $225,000 US for the land and fill ( 4 acres) , $120,000 the facility, $30,000 for the kegging and cleaning system, $25,000 US for fifty cooler Tap Fridges, and $50,000 US for 2 delivery trucks. Allowing $60,000 US for Management and Marketing, and $15,000 for consumables we can conservatively estimate the start up costs with contingencies to be $600,000 US. We will be able to import all equipment and most materials under a duty free concession and will be eligible for a 15 years tax exemption with this project. Initially we envision that all sales will be draft beer in kegs, only expanding into bottled beer when our market share stabilizes. For $600,000 we can corner the most lucrative portion of the domestic beer market, see turnover of nearly $4m US per year, and have untapped potential markets both in Belize and the Caribbean.
