Here is some great initial information when considering utilizing Exclusive Tents for your accommodation project:

Standard Options: You'll find that the standard features in our tents surpass anything else available on the market. All items below are included into the “base price”

700 gsm AF Rain Fly with Stainless Steel trim
Inner ceiling liner

Frame Materials Options:
- Mild Steel: Designed for dry, non-humid conditions, painted in our factory for some resistance to humidity.
- 409 Stainless Steel: Cost-effective with moderate corrosion resistance, not ideal for high chloride environments.
- 304 Stainless Steel: Versatile with good corrosion resistance, suitable for most environments except high salt content.
- 316 Stainless Steel: "Marine grade" with enhanced resistance to aggressive industrial and marine environments.

Manufacturing Lead Time:
The current lead time for producing your order is approximately 8-12 weeks excluding shipping.

Shipping Options:
- Ocean Freight: 35-45 days transit time, costs around $5,500 for a 20ft container (fits 3-6 tents) or $7,500 for a 40ft container (fits 5-10 tents).
- Ocean freight for less than container loads (LCL) averages $2,900 +- per unit. This can vary though.
- Air Freight: 5-7 days, at least double the cost of ocean freight.

Installation Considerations:
Our tents require an elevated wooden deck or platform, which we do not provide. We recommend working with a local contractor for installation, including electrical, plumbing, AC, heating, and est. We offer full support to your contractor to ensure everything is installed correctly relative to what our tents need.

Exclusive Tents is a family-run business (Zway and Maree families) with over 20 years of experience in crafting luxury and durable tents. Here are some highlights:

1. Stronger Frame: 50mm diameter tubular steel frame, stronger than the industry-standard 38mm.
2. Durable Canvas: Custom blended, 550 GSM military-grade polyester with rip-stop stitching.
3. Storm Flaps: Inner and outer flaps on windows for privacy and weather protection.
4. Replaceable Zippers: Industry-unique feature to avoid full tent replacement due to worn zippers.
5. Clear PVC Overlays: Allows light in while keeping air conditioning/heating efficient.
6. Three-Layer Roofing: Includes a 93% translucent shade fly, 700 GSM PVC rainfly with anti-fungal treatment, and the main tent body.
7. Patented Tensioning System: Ensures longevity by preventing layers from touching and chaffing.
8. Custom Thread: Made in Japan, exceptionally strong and weather-resistant.
9. Higher Wall Height: 2.2m (7.2ft) for a more comfortable space.
