Our Cottages are the perfect location for your upcoming visit to Caye Caulker!
These holiday cottages are situated around a quaint Courtyard with 5 colorful cottages. Located just past the noise and action of the village, your deck chairs are the perfect spot to relax and unwind!
Tucked away just outside of the village, you can walk to the sea, located at the end of our street, or head to the village, a 10 min walk along the beach. These cottages are an excellent budget friendly option for singles, couples, friends or families.

Welcome to The Cottages at Aqua Villas on Caye Caulker Belize! My name is Wendy Beitz Casson and I am the owner and developer for The Cottages at Aqua Villas. I am Canadian and a Legal Resident of Belize. I moved to Caye Caulker in 2000 and I am presently raising my twin boys on the caye in the island lifestyle, a far cry from the snow storms of my childhood in the Canadian prairies! We live here year round and are looking forward to getting to know our new neighbors if you choose to buy! I have a wealth of knowledge and experiences in Belize making me your Expert Insider. I’m here to answer any questions you have about Belize, Caye Caulker or anything else you would like to chat about. We look forward to chatting with you!
