These are some finished and furnished shots of the Eco Cinco Estate in Sanctuary Belize. This is Equestrian Lot 42 and the home is currently being sold as a Fractional Sale with 52 shares at $10,000 each. We will retain some ownership of the home to stand behind our product.

We have received interest from several property owners in Sanctuary Belize in owning a share of Lot 42 Equestrian Estates. They have interest in becoming a part of the growing community a couple times a year and watching the development evolve as they make their plans for their lots. We wanted to gauge other people that are interested in Sanctuary Belize to see if this is feasible and enough people have interest to make it a reality. There would be a total of 26 shares available for purchase of $20,346 each. This partnership of buyers would all be a part of a legal entity that holds title. The owners all have a certain share and voting right for the property group. For each share purchased, a partner would get 2 weeks a year in the property. Share owners could buy or sell their shares in the future (probably after 2 years to ensure there is stability in the group) so the share purchase price is an investment that will increase in value into the future. Considering the dual master bedroom design the initial share purchase is paid off completely (comparing other rentals and hotel room pricing) after just about 2 years (or 4-5 weeks of the share time). Anything after that becomes a return on investment plus the principal value of when you sell the share at a higher price in the future. Once the group is assembled, the owners could co-invest in other items that may be beneficial for the whole group like shared car/SUV.

Here are some recent 3D renderings of a home we designed for a client in Sanctuary Belize looking to build on one of the canals. Some key features are the under waterfall entry, slide to lower level from pool, infinity salt water pool, plenty of outdoor living, and a home definitely designed for entertaining, which Sanctuary homeowners seem to do so well!
