The deck is a favourite spot for eating al fresco, sitting watching the waves roll in or just relaxing in the hammocks to catch a few zzzz's! Adventure opportunities are readily available as well. We would like to introduce you to Raquel! She is the proud owner of a very popular restaurant in Hopkins serving up traditional Belizean and Garifuna dishes. If you want to try some damn good home cooking make sure you check out Tugusina Garifuna (Garifuna Kitchen) on the southside of Hopkins. Also you will get a taste of her soul food on our full day trips as we are proud to serve up her side dishes along with the fresh fish and bbq we prepare on the island! A good tour is made great with culture and delicious food.
