Located in Scotch Creek, BC. In the North Shuswap, on Shuswap Lake.

Immerse yourself in the wild wonder of the Shuswap, at this exquisite 3 Bedroom direct waterfront Condo, in the beautiful Shuswap Lake Resort. Located in the heart of the Shuswap, with a communal pool, hot tub, dock, buoy and big sandy beach!

Being steps away from the lake is just one of the many wonderful features this luxurious Condo has to offer. Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeping 8 people comfortably. Take in amazing views of Copper Island from any of the 2 upper balconies, or the main level walk out patio which leads to a nice lawn space for the kids to play and the sandy beach beyond that. Equipped for fun, with a SUP on site for guests who love to paddle board! The main floor, ground level features a kitchen that is made for entertaining and those who love to cook! Cozy lounging sectional (with queen pull out bed) in the Living Room that looks out at the lake and a half bath are also on this level. You will find all 3 bedrooms on the upper two floors, along with 2 bathrooms. The second floor consists of the lakeview Master Bedroom with a King bed and lovely 4-pc. bathroom. There's also a second bedroom set up with a queen and the main 3 pc. bathroom in-between. Head up to the 3rd floor and get the best views from this private cozy third bedroom with a queen bed.

All bedding and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! Supplies we provide are toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, cooking oil, foil and some common cooking spices.

*This unit has an outside doorbell camera for security purposes.

COMPLEX AMENITIES:
The Shuswap Lake Resort is well loved and known for its family oriented and friendly atmosphere. The communal pool is a big hit for kids which has some nice lounging chairs set up around the pool for adults to relax. There is also a communal Hot Tub next to it! This Resort is waterfront which means it has a huge sandy beach with an amazing view of Copper Island. You will find a good sized shared dock off of the beach and 20 Buoy's for guest use, which are on a first come-first serve basis. The complex has its own locked, gated area for garbage disposal and trailer parking if you're coming with a boat or ATV's.

LOCAL AREA AMENITIES:
Central to many amenities and things to do in the area! Beaches are everyone's must-have and lucky for you, this property is situated right along a sandy beachfront! Bring your bikes! ....many of our guests love to take a tour into town, just a couple km's to the townsite. You may also explore the bike paths next door at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park, or rent some kayaks from the Campground. Captains Village Marina is just a couple kilometers down the road as well, where they offer a store, boat moorage, boat launch and and a variety of watercraft rentals and supplies. The local Scotch Creek Provincial Park also has a boat launch for Public use. There is a great Pub close by - The Scotch Creek Hub, that serves amazing food, Ice cream shack, great service and holds live entertainment events on the weekends in high season. Just next to The Hub is the Shuswap Social District!! Mini Golf, Bowling, Arcade Games, Bikes, Lakeside Pizza, Carnival Food/ drinks and lots of fun promised here! You will find a big Grocery store, Hardware store, Drug Store, Be Teased Food truck with more live entertainment, shops and more! We are central to many other activities such as fishing, hiking trails, golfing, guided tours at Adams River Rafting, Celista Winery, Sock-eye Salmon Run in the Fall, Evelyn Falls, Albas Falls and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!

MARGARET FALLS💦
took the kids to these falls this past May long weekend, and what a magical experience that was! The intensity of the falls right now is insane!!!!Breathtaking and an easy family friendly hike with so much beauty to see along the way! If you’re staying in the area, this is a must see!! Kids had a blast exploring the trails on the way and there’s a great park and more trails at the campground that connects 😍

Your own private escape to the place we all love and dream of ... the Shuswap! A 4 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home right on the water in a quiet Bay, with a dock, buoy, indoor Hot Tub and walking distance to the local Marina down the beach!

Lose yourself in the untamed beauty of Shuswap Lake right out your front door and take in the astounding views of surrounding mountains and Copper Island. Located between 2 Marinas and only an 8 minute walk along the beach to the Bayside Marina & Grill, where you can pop in for some tasty eats, refreshing cold beverage on the patio and even rent a Boat or Sea-doo to start your day of fun! The popular Finz Bar & Grill is a short 3 min drive to or a half hour walk! Central to many amenities Blind Bay has to offer. The huge property is unique as it offers a lovely grass lawn for the kids to play, even during high waters, this area is accessible. Beyond there is steps down to a large rock beach where you'll be met with a nice dock and a buoy to tie your boat up to!

This beautiful home presents a feeling of coziness the minute you step inside. An overall sense of tranquility is felt as you bask in the sun on the massive top deck and gaze out at the lake, equipped with seating and a BBQ to gather with your people. Or, head down below to the lower deck to get some chill time in the shade! The interior of the home features 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 12 people comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor - 2 with queen beds and one room with 2 bunks for the kids, There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, with a cool indoor hot tub and a view out the window to the lake in the basement bathroom! The upper level also has a very spacious kitchen with island, family room, patio sliding doors to the deck and nothing but walls of windows to take in those stunning views. Go down the charming rounded staircase to the walk-out basement, also with walls of windows and sliding patio doors to the lower deck. Here you will find the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and an oh-so-comfortable huge living room space with a propane fireplace. Off the living room is a laundry room and a double futon bed for extra sleep space.

All bedding, bath towels and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! The kitchen is generously set up with all supplies needed to allow you to cook a meal for your family. Supplies we provide are BBQ propane, toilet paper, roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil, food wrap and some common cooking spices.

Enjoy accommodations while you explore the Shuswap, whether it be a nice Summer Vacation, Spring get-away or some down time in the Fall! ** Sicamous - Tranquility Bay is only 50 minutes to the iconic Sicamous sledding areas of the Eagle Valley. Some of the best snowmobiling in Canada with deep snow, powder filled bowls, endless meadows, 120 kms of groomed trails and spectacular alpine views. Cozy cabins to warm up in, with a variety of family friendly groomed trails to challenging and extreme terrain for experienced riders.
** Crowfoot Mountain - just a 35 minute drive to and is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is less than 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area.

This is a new waterfront rental coming up very soon! The owners graciously gave Eric and I the job of doing some renovations and decorating, which are currently underway and will be on our website in the coming weeks! We are very excited about this property. Stay tuned for more photos! 📸

Part of the Tsútswecw Provincial Park is reopening!

Dear Community. BC parks has partially reopened an area of Tsútswecw Provincial Park that was spared by the 2023 Bush Creek East Wildfire. This only includes forested areas and trails southeast of the main plaza. See BC Parks Webpage for further details. We look forward to welcoming many back in coming weeks as we look ahead to April for Earth Day 2024!

In memory of the TLC Beachhouse ⚓️
Came across this sweet little picture that was left by our wonderful guests, coloured by their kids, and wanted to share. We cherish the time we had hosting our guests here and happy so many beautiful memories were made by our guests and their families n friends.
The TLC was taken late this summer by the wildfire that came through. It will be so missed. Our hearts and thoughts are with all the the home owners that lost homes in the Shuswap. ❤️
