The times we live in have so, so much technology, but we need to remember that the true stars of our planet are the mountains, oceans and forests. Off of this make up the great outdoors that our bodies crave. We are all quilty of spending a little too much time glued to various screens, while we miss out on all the gifts that nature has to offer. Maybe you catch a glimpse of nature while on vacation or on your walk home from work or maybe looking out of the window, but we never get our full dose of nature daily. It is so important to spend more time outside and appreciate the gifts of nature. Stand on the ground with your bare feet and overflow of gratitude for our precious earth.

It is so easy to forget that we are a part of nature. We live in an insulated home and wake up with the blinds down. We breathe fresh air for less than a minute on our way from the door to the car. So much of our existence is about shielding us from the natural world. Still, we are organisms on this green earth. We are creatures who feed of its bounties. We are humbled by its power with each storm. Our very existence is based on Mother Nature's whims. We need to get back to that and spend more time in nature.

APPRECIATION of life is everything and that is why I am in this business. To take people to Africa where they can witness people that appreciate life. We love to complain, but going to Africa you see people dancing in the street and you know what? Not one of them are rich, the rich people are too busy complaining about wanting more than what they already have. Instead of wanting more stuff, why don't you try to change your mindset and get away from this environment, explore the World and the different mindsets that exists. Surround yourself with people who value happiness as a rich part of life. You will be surprise how much more happiness it will bring to your life.
