Happy Tuesday everyone! I'm currently sitting in on a webinar all about Universal Studios' newest park, Epic Universe, so I can make sure you know everything you need to know when booking your next trip down to Orlando! The park looks incredible. While I am not a roller coaster rider, I can't wait to watch the Stardust Racers at night, because the track won't be lit but the cars will be, which will look amazing.

I am so excited because in a few weeks, I'll be heading down to Florida to take part in a travel agent cruise with Virgin Voyages. It's a shorter cruise, so if I'm flying all the way down to Florida... You know I planned a pit stop in Orlando.

Instead of getting day passes to the parks, I've opted to use that money to get passes to the two Christmas parties, Jollywood Nights and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP). There are so many exciting things about the holiday events, especially the exclusive food choices!! I don't have the budget to spend loads, so I am starting to plan my anticipated treats. Here are the ones I am hoping to try:

It has been my dream to spend my birthday, New Year's Eve, in Sydney Australia. I remember watching the fireworks for the Sydney Summer Olympics in 2000 and thinking "I need to experience this. What a cool way to spend my birthday!" 🎆
