Use an esim. Apple eliminated the SIM card slot on iPhone 15. This is the best way and the future. I use MOGO but I hear Orange good too. I use mine in 31 European countries. I love not having to get a new plan in every country I visit. $25 USD for 10G of data is what I purchased.

FYI: Once you run out of data it will still work but page loading will be very slow and will need to repurchase an esim. Download the app to check your data usage.
Also I think you may need internet to install the esim so install just before you depart (is what I did). Nothing worked till I landed and give it 2-3 minutes to install / connect.), or use the airport internet when you arrive to install.
