Jumping into Friday with a pre-breakfast ride in Eastlands with and Islay.

It's a pretty awesome way to start the workday:

✔️ Got some exercise
✔️ Dosed up on Vitamin D
✔️ Breathed in the summer smells
✔️ Morning sun exposure actually helps you sleep better that night
✔️I'm energized and focused for the work I need to do today

I pulled out my special pinkies in celebration of my friend because her son got drafted to the in the weekends NHL draft. 🙌🏼

Wandered Bowness Road near our house this evening for the "1st" Chalk the Block & Night Market in Montgomery.

Last year it got cancelled because of the water main break, so it's nice to see it happen, especially since the weather earlier today was pretty unsettled.

No better way to start the day than sunny laps in Eastlands with and our enthusiastic cycle-hound Islay.

If you care about keeping Paskapoo playful then get out to the City's consultation session today between 1&4 pm at the parking lot at Piita Rise.

It's not clear whether the city has any respect for the area's recreational value and we don't want to see the natural beauty of this spot paved or overly parkified.
