We are heading on the amazing .Celebrity Ascent on March 31st for a week sailing in the Caribbean.

We will be attempting to somewhat unplug for maybe a full day or two.

We still want to handle your vacation requests that require a bit more research, but they will be handled after April 7th. If they cannot wait, we will happy to refer you to one of our amazing KVI colleagues.

We want to spend time experiencing everything this amazing new ship has to offer and spend some time with friends and family.

People often ask me the following questions:

1) What is my favourite cruise line?
2) What is my favourite place in the world?
3) Do I ever get tired of travelling constantly

Here is what I say:

1) I have many favourite. It depends what my goal is, who I am with? Do I want to relax and do nothing? Do I want to see the sights and learn about historical places? Watch the world go by? Party?

2) I've loved them all. Most places I swear to return, and hope I do. Some I'm grateful I got to see once as who knows when I will return (Antarctica! Russia!)

3) Yes! But I wouldn't have it any other way! Yes I do miss a real holiday with no care for 2-3 weeks, no checking emails. But I do love working for Myself and playing by my own rules!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends and clients in the USA.

I have so much to be thankful for, but mostly I am thankful for my family and for having the pleasure to have fun while working. I meet people all over the world. Some become friends for life, other for a season. But every person I meet, every experience, every place I visit, I am so eternally grateful for.

Different vibe while sailing on Virgin Voyages. Gone is the traditional cruise director. You now have an entire team dedicated to entertainment. They move around the ship and interact with the passengers!

We at Cruise-Girl travel would like to take a moment to wish all our loyal clients a very happy prosperous and most importantly a healthy 2023 years.

The last 3 years, as a travel agent, in Canada it has been difficult to say the least, but 2022 was a great year and we are thankful for everyone who supported our small business!

When in Cozumel, the place to be is Paradise Beach.

We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints.

Make a reservation ahead of time, all inclusive, all day.

Taxi drivers at the port, will try to take you to other beach clubs, or will even tell you that the place is closed, or that it’s full.

But this is the place to be. We personally know the owners, and they are very nice and kind people.

During Covid they did their best to not have to layoff any staff, even though business was way down . They treat their staff like family and every time we come here it’s like coming home.
