Lounge. For homes built in the 90s and early 2000s there was a focus on formal living rooms. In our renovation, we converted this space into a lounge for more casual get togethers. A space that’s right off the kitchen that now serves as a great spot to entertain and enjoy a glass of wine!

Primary. The primary bedroom from was made larger by taking out the small walk in and adding in a wall of built-in. Updating the furniture and lighting created the prefect space for our clients to enjoy.

Islands. In our renovation, we took opened up the dining space to create a more open concept kitchen space. This gave the opportunity to put in a secondary island that we designed more like a furniture piece. Fireplace. Whenever we possible, we love to keep the integrity of a home when working on a renovation. The gorgeous wood burning corner fireplace was a keeper at .
