Gave possession of this new home just in time for Christmas. I should say a new home/1900sqft addition to a 1500sqft home. What a fun and interesting project to work on. Main floor of the addition is a three bedroom home for grandma and grandpa. Walk out basement acts as a 4 bay garage for both family’s. Amazing clients to work for and wishing them all the best in their new home.

It’s been a busy winter with little spare time to work on our “seasonal shed”. Was able to get the spray foam, pine and painted over the winter. Now it’s time for the finishing!

Quite the change of colour on an exterior job we just finished up. Turned out great. Also added a 12’x12’ mud room addition.

Found some time to work on our show home shed. Exterior is finished minus some paint touch ups. Ready for electrical rough in and then to spray foam the walls and ceiling. Can be built in many sizes and designs. Perfect for the lake or a guest house.

We build them big and we can also build them small. I’ve been inspired with lake lot living these past couple years so I decided to pursue tiny home cabins. This is the start of our four seasons show home. We can build any shape and size. On-site or offsite. Finished interior or maybe you’d prefer to finish it yourself.

We’ve been busy and I need to get caught up on my posts. This was a fun one, great clients and a challenge of an exterior remodel. Nothing we couldn’t handle. Couple new addition bump outs, windows and doors,deck and of course all the exterior finish. They pick the finish, we put it together and it turned out great.

Finally some pictures of the final product. I’m so fortunate to be able to personally build this custom home for my family. It was a long exhausting run of late nights and weekends but so worth it in the end. Broke ground May 7th and had our first sleep in it November 12th. Thanks to everyone who put their hard work into it.
